You are welcome to bring your own picnic.
There are designated, shaded picnic areas available for your use. You can leave your picnic baskets in the lockers at the park entrance or leave the park from 11.30 am onwards: you will be given a stamp on your hand at the shop before you leave!
There is a postbox at the park exit.
The perfect opportunity to send a postcard from the park to your loved ones! A selection of postcards is available in the shop.
ANCV holiday vouchers are accepted at the ticket offices at the entrance for the purchase of admission tickets, as well as at all food and drink outlets within the park. Digital holiday vouchers (Connect) are not accepted.

There are no cash machines within the park.
The nearest one is in Bollwiller town centre. You can pay by card for all purchases at the ticket office, restaurants, shop and kiosk.
If your child has gone missing, please don't worry. Please report this immediately to our staff, stating their age, physical description and the last place you saw them. They will be taken by park staff to the first-aid post near the main entrance to the Park, where you can collect them.
Please ensure you do not leave children under the age of 12 unattended.
Minors under the age of 16 are not permitted to enter the Park unaccompanied.
Pets are not allowed in the park. Please do not leave your dog in the car!

The Parc du Petit Prince does not have designated pitches for motorhomes. You may park your motorhome in the park's coach park during the day, but you may not stay overnight. The car park is closed at night.
The nearest place to stay overnight is at the Restaurant la Taverne at the Alsace Ecomuseum.
Some attractions may be temporarily closed in the event of bad weather, particularly during storms.
Large tethered balloon: gusts exceeding 35 km/h
At the entrance to each ride, you will find safety instructions. Access to certain rides is restricted to those of a minimum height and age (for example, from 4 years old and 100 cm). In general, it is stated that certain attractions are strongly discouraged for anyone in poor health, pregnant women or people under the influence of alcohol. These safety instructions are prescribed by the TÜV inspection body and must be strictly observed. The Park Management urges visitors to take note of these warnings and to check that the attractions are suitable for them.
The Parc du Petit Prince features around thirty attractions, activities and shows for families with children aged 2 to 12.
You should allow around 5 to 7 hours to experience all the attractions.
The Filea shuttle bus will run on request from Bollwiller station

There is a first-aid post next to Météorite Café. In an emergency, please speak directly to the park staff.
A free, shaded visitor car park is available, as well as a coach park. Disabled parking spaces are provided. We do not currently have any electric vehicle charging points.
The car parks are unstaffed. Please do not leave valuables in plain sight or leave pets in your vehicles. The management accepts no liability for any damage that may be caused to vehicles.
The Little Prince Shop is located at the park exit. Here you will find a wide range of Little Prince-themed gifts and souvenirs. It is also open to non-park visitors during the park's opening hours, from 11.30 am.
The entire amusement park site is at ground level and accessible to visitors with disabilities.
Some attractions are not accessible to people with reduced mobility or disabilities. Please refer to the ‘Pass Prince' guide for details of these attractions.
On presentation of a disability card, you will be entitled to a reduced rate of €12
Several nappy-changing tables are marked on our map so that you can change your baby with complete peace of mind. Meals can be reheated on request in the microwave at our food outlets.
The following payment methods are accepted at the till: cash in euros, Visa credit cards, ANCV holiday vouchers, Kadeos vouchers and Swiss francs. For groups, a single payment is required for the whole group.
There are several places to eat in the Park. Our app will show you which ones are open and what dishes are on offer.
You will find a list of allergens displayed at the entrance to each restaurant. The restaurants ‘La Table de Saint-Exupéry', ‘Le Comptoir des Voyageurs' and ‘Météorite Bistrot' all offer vegetarian dishes.

Prams and wheelchairs are available to borrow from the park ticket office.
Pram hire: €8 per day / wheelchair hire: free of charge
You will be asked to leave a form of ID as a deposit.
The locations of the toilets are shown on the park map. Several of them have disabled access. The tap water is safe to drink.
